​The AUM Complex is a leader in comfort

The new production of Metafrax won the regional competition for the best sanitary and household services for employees among chemical industry enterprises.

A year ago, in June 2023, Metafrax opened a unique eco–friendly production facility at the production site in Gubakha, Perm Region - the Ammonia-Urea-Melamine (AUM) Complex. Within the framework of the project, about 400 new highly qualified work places were created at the enterprise. The Company has built six multi-storey residential buildings for its employees in Gubakha.

A year later, the Ammonia–Urea–Melamine Complex became the winner of the review competition for the best sanitary and household services for workers among the chemical enterprises of the Kama region. This competition is held annually by the Perm division of the the Russian Trade Union of Workers of Chemical Industries.

When assessing the sanitary conditions of the AUM Complex, the members of the competition commission noted comfort, cleanliness, convenience, as well as a high level of industrial culture.

Alexander Grom, Chairman of the primary trade union organization ofMetafrax Chemicals, solemnly presented the diploma of the regional trade union committee and the award to Alexey Dolganov, director of the AUM Complex, Lyubov Gureeva, chairman of theproductioncommittee of the AUM Complex, and Evgeny Eroshin, Assistant Director for Economic Affairs.

- Creation of safe and comfortable working conditions is one of the priorities in the activities of both the Company as a whole and the staff of the AUM Complex. We understand how important it is to maintain living conditions for employees at a high level. The emotional mood and productivity of employees directly depend on the opportunity to relax comfortably, eat, change clothes, put work clothes in order. We are very pleased to receive a high assessment of our work from the commission of the Russian Trade Union of Workers of Chemical Industries, we will continue to improve the conditions of sanitary and household services,"- highlighted Lyubov Gureeva.
