The course of unity

Ruschem lawyers from ten regions of Russia gathered for a development session on June 6-8, 2024. The event, organized by Metafrax Chemicals, was held in the Perm Region.

The purpose of the session is to introduce and unite the legal services of chemical holding companies through team building and networking. The meeting was attended by 45 lawyers, including the directors of legal and corporate services of the Ruschem Group of companies.

The program of the event was rich and varied. On June 6 and 7, a business training was held for colleagues. Its participants jointly solved the following tasks: achieving a common understanding and acceptance of the company's goals; overcoming internal resistance, eliminating contradictions; forming a unified style of team thinking.

The lawyers spent the final day, on June 8, at a sailing regatta in the waters of the Kama River, where they also showed their communication and teamwork skills.

- It was a very interesting experience to organize an event for colleagues who are similar in their professional path, but so different in personal characteristics. Fire in the eyes when solving joint tasks, interest in dialogue, smiles are our main reward and a marker that everything we planned turned out," Daria Afanaskina, one of the main organizers of the event, a leading specialist of the legal department of Ruschem, shared her impressions.

- Such meetings are important for our large team. Colleagues got to know each other in person, identified and realized that they had similar pain points in their work, and developed plans to achieve common goals. We plan to hold such events on an annual basis," said Alexey Popovtsev, Deputy General Director for Legal and Corporate Affairs at Ruschem Holding.
