The Team is the Most Valuable Part
Youth Organization of Metafrax celebrated its 17th Birthday. Commemoration was held on 2 December 2022 in Gubakha’s Community Center “Energetik”.
The event started with a light show presented by a Design Engineer of a Project Department, Sergei Galkin. Next, the participants reminiscenced about the brightest moments of the year that they had experienced with the “Youth Team” with a slide show. Then, an economist of the Power Supply Shop, Alina Sadykova, performed an anthem of the Metafrax’s youth organization. There was never a dull moment for the guests: contests, heartful wishes, lottery, songs, dances, all of this spread positive mood among everyone attending the celebration.
Deputy General Director for Personnel of JSC Metafrax Chemicals, Mr. Rashid Shakirov, and the head of the personnel department, Ms. Elena Bolotova, congratulated the “Youth Team” with its birthday and invited organizers of events significant for the youth to the stage in order to award them. Head of the section for Staff Relations, Ms. Larisa Mamaeva, and chairperson of the board of the Metafrax’s Youth Organization, Ms. Kristina Pirogova, summed up the year’s results and awarded the engaged youth for being proactive over the year. The chairperson of the employee association, Ms. Liudmila Krasnykh, also presented memorable gifts on behalf of the employee association.
People are creating the atmosphere. That is the value of the “Youth Team”; it connects together such unique, proactive, ambitious, brave and talented young people that act in unity and are ready to help each other in any circumstances.
