Time of jokes: whoever needed to hear it - heard it

Time of jokes: whoever needed to hear it - heard it

"7-0 in our favour!" was the motto of the traditional corporate KVN festival of Metafrax Chemicals JSC, which was dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the company.

For the second year in a row, the number of the festival's participating teams remains unchanged, just like the atmosphere of the event, which is filled with high-quality humour, witty jokes and vibrant performances. On the stage of the hospitable "Energetik" community center are the "Team with the original name", the team of the AUM plant "And who are we?", the trade union team "Allies", the team "Marakuli's hens", as well as the team of the Ural Chemical Technology College "Ooh! Pros".

There are devoted fans from various departments of the company in the audience, and the jury consists of experienced KVN players and company managers. This time, the humour of the teams was evaluated by Konstantin Anufriev, Director of Organizational and Personnel Policy, Maria Konovalova, Director of Strategic Communications, Sergey Bazylev, Head of methanol production plant, Andrey Salvitsky, Deputy Head of the Production and Technical Department, and Simon Vikhnin, Chairman of the jury and Director of Legal Affairs.

The festival began with a classic greeting. There were a lot of jokes in this competition, but the rivalry turned out to be quite real — from the very start, the teams declared their serious intentions to win. Future employees of the company – the "Ooh! Pros" presented an advertisement for Metafrax, and the "Allies" showed the reality of the factory's canteen and spoke about all of the advantages of the "Khimik" HOA’s support service. The members of the "Marakuli's hens" team revealed the secrets of excellent chemical analyses and showed "smart" methods of combating phone scammers.

The "And who are we?" team demonstrated a short path to become the head of security and congratulated the company on its anniversary. The "Team with the original name" tightened its belts, gave a reminder of the company's unchanging traditions and showed how the services of Metafrax operate.

The next round - the "Biathlon", was held in the best traditions of this challenge – with a lot of jokes and "penalty rounds". The participants of the "Ooh! Pros" turned out to be the most "accurate" here.

All teams performed the final festival competition – the musical freestyle - perfectly. It was funny, vibrant, relevant, dynamic, and artistic.

Two hours of the game flew by in the same breath. The audience was constantly exploding with laughter and loud applause. Gubakha's chemists have once again shown that they have good humour and self-deprecation. All the teams were worthy of the award stand, and only the scores put everyone in their place.

The most humorous and witty team in this corporate season of the KVN games was the "Team with the original name"; to everyone’s surprise and delight the second place was taken by the "Ooh! Pros" team; the third place was taken by the "Allies". The teams received well-deserved diplomas and certificates.

The game sponsors also prepared gifts for the participants – the Ural Bouquet recreation center, the Teremok Guest house (Anastasia Gumennaya), the Rice&Flour Japanese cuisine delivery, Ekaterina Berdutina - a candle maker and men's hairdresser, and the Stoyu Varyu coffee bar. Oksana Sychkova, chairman of the Khimik HOA and an experienced KVN player, presented gifts to "Ooh! Pros" and "Marakuli's hens". Oksana Belyaeva, Deputy Chairman of the Perm Regional Organization of the Russian Trade Union of Workers of Chemical Industries, presented gifts of her organization to Ivan Klechenko from the "Ooh! Pros" team and to Nikita Sychkov from the "Allies" team.

- The level of the teams is very high; I want to give the first place to everyone. Each team showed its own character, charisma and unique mannerisms, - Maria Konovalova highlighted, while congratulating the participants of the game.

- Thank you to all the teams: you gave the audience and us an unforgettable celebration, - summed up Konstantin Anufriev.

According to the good established tradition, all proceeds from the sale of game tickets, which is more than 60 thousand rubles, will be transferred to the Dedmorozim charity foundation.
