Since July 1, 2021, the brand name of the "Metafrax" company has been changed to "Metafrax Chemicals"
The new full corporate name of the company in Russian is "Metafrax Chemicals" Public Joint Stock Company. This decision was made on June 22, 2021 at the annual general shareholder meeting of the Company.
- The name change will not affect the existing contractual relations with our counterparts and partners in any way. The obligations of the parties under previously signed contracts will not be amended in connection with the name change, - noted Vladimir Daut, the company's General Director.
The renaming was organized as part of the process of new "Metafrax Group" brand introduction. The rebranding start was announced in September of 2018 and the presentation of the new brand took place in the fall of 2019. A new strategy was developed along with complete brand architecture, within which a new parent brand was created, combining all "Metafrax Group's" sub-brands located in Russia, Austria, Switzerland and South Korea.
In September of 2019, the name of "Metafrax Trading House" LLC was changed, now it is "Metafrax Trading" LLC. Also, the Swiss "Metadynea Trading" was registered under a new name – "Metafrax Trading International". At the same time, the main production site, the "heart" of the group of companies – "Metafrax" PJSC – received the commercial name of "Metafrax Chemicals". Thus, the role and main competence of chemical production in the overall structure of the group was identified. Change of the commercial name completes the process of company renaming.

After the end of the procedure for name change and registration of changes in accordance with the procedure established by law, the confirmation of the name change in the form of a new Charter and a copy of the entry sheet of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities will be posted at the official website of the company. The remaining details, including the OGRN, INN, location and address of the legal entity, remained unchanged.
