Metafrax constructed two more houses for employees in Gubakha
A New Year gift for families of Metafrax Chemicals employees was the release of two new nine-story buildings in Gubakha. Dmitriy Makhonin, Governor of Perm region, Armen Garslyan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Metafrax, Vladimir Daut, General Director of Metafrax, Maria Konovalova, Deputy of the Legislative Assembly of Perm region and Nikolay Lazeikin, Head of Gubakha urban district, came to congratulate new settlers.
“The town has a future. It's nice that Metafrax thinks about it apart from the production development and plans are grandiose and under implementation. The company invests in the social sphere making life of Gubakha citizens comfortable. We are grateful to Metafrax for its cooperation. We believe that within the framework of public-private partnership we can achieve success”, stated the head of region in his greeting speech.
For Metafrax employees in 2018-2019 in Gubakha were built four nine-story houses with 81 apartments in each with an area of more than 30 thousand square meters. On December 24, 2020, two more high-rise buildings with 81 apartments in each were released. The company spent 1 billion rubles for the construction of housing. Buildings are constructed by MetaTransStroy, a member of Metafrax Group.
“For Metafrax the year passed under the sign of the 65 anniversary. We end it on a positive note, settling people in the next new buildings. The Chemists' neighborhood is developing, the town administration plans to build a kindergarten here. This project has already received support at the regional level. We are taking part in the development of the infrastructure of Gubakha. Even today, you can see results of the agreement signed this year for the major repair and renovation of facades for 26 houses on Lenina street. The company will continue to support town improvement programs and social, educational, sports and cultural projects. Employees will rent housings or they will get them into the ownership with the installment payment for up to 15 years, having received an interest-free loan and considerable discounts at the plant. Some apartments are provided for municipal needs.
“Despite the pandemic, we continue to implement investment projects, including the largest in the history of the plant: AUM Complex. We also implement a social program. I would like to thank constructors and everyone involved in the construction of these buildings for a well done job”, said Vladimir Daut.
New buildings are equipped with the systems of electricity, hot and cold water supply and automated systems of heat energy supply. Modern water pressure regulators are installed. Houses are equipped with elevators accessible for wheelchair users. In courtyards there are recreation areas for children and adults, installed playgrounds and sports fields. Buildings have convenient entrances and there is a large parking lot along the perimeter of residential complex. New skyscrapers are distinguished by the modern finish of apartments.
