Metafrax has purchased new buses for employees

Modern vehicles are intended to transport company employees to and from their workplace.

The initiative to upgrade the bus fleet was taken by the trade union organization of the enterprise. Albert Khudaibirdin, Managing Director for Production, has actively supported this proposal. The result of joint work with the participation of Alexander Grom, chairman of the trade union organization, and employees of the transport department was the decision to purchase three new buses at once this year.

Thanks to the professional cooperation of Nadezhda Lutz, lead engineer of the inventory management department, with the Inter supplier, the time for the purchase and delivery of new vehicles to Gubakha was significantly reduced.

The new NEFAZ brand buses manufactured by Neftekamsk Automobile Plant are modern, environmentally friendly, low–floor, equipped with a GLONASS navigation system. The passenger capacity is 86 people, the number of seats is 36.

Sergei Dyachkov, convoy commander of MetaTransStroy LLC:

“The vehicles are comfortable for both passengers and drivers. When boarding, the bus tilts to make it easier to get in. It has more seats, improved interior ventilation, and additional heaters. The engine of these buses is more powerful, the manual transmission has been replaced by an automatic one. Thanks to automation, the driver can control everything using the dashboard, which allows him to pay more attention to the road. Well, the appearance is pleasing. These buses are for interurban communication, that is, if necessary, we can use them to transport passengers, for example, to Perm.”

The bus fleet of the MetaTransStroy subsidiary, which transports Metafrax employees to and from work, currently consists of 18 buses. The new transport made it possible to replace vehicles that had been in operation for 10 years.
