“Metafrax” consolidated its affiliated synthetic resin production companies

On the 23rd of January reorganization of affiliated synthetic resin production company "Karbodyn" (Orekhovo-Zuevo) was finished. Its assets were added to another affiliated company "Metadynea", thus activity of "Karbodyn" stopped.

Registered capital of "Metadynea" thus increased from 240 million RUR to 1.075 billion. "Metafrax" is currently controlling 100% of this company's stock.

- The consolidation is a part of structure optimization program of the company, - explains the Chairman of the Board Armen Garslyan, - the new company will increase capacity by up to 100% and concentrate on increasing its share on the market. In the next three years we are planning to invest more than a billion RUR in the development of the consolidated enterprise. In addition, assets of "Karbolit" in Orekhovo-Zuevo will also be added to assets of "Metadynea".
