70 years of guarding accuracy

The workshop for the maintenance and repair of automated control systems and measuring instruments of the company "Metafrax Chemicals" celebrated its anniversary. The celebration, which continues a series of events dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the company, took place on February 14 in Gubakha Recreation center "Energetik".
The year 1955 is considered to be the starting point for TSORASU. Then, under the leadership of Afanasy Ivanovich Onopin, the workshop of control and measuring devices and automation (Instrumentation and control systems) began its work. And the history of the division began in 1949, when the first section of instrumentation and control equipment at the electrical repair shop appeared at the Gubakha Chemical Plant under construction.
On May 19, 2000, a landmark event took place – the Instrumentation and Control workshop received its current name – TSORASU. Under the leadership of Boris Vladimirovich Alikin, the division has confidently embarked on a course to improve the management system and increase the level of automation.
"High–quality products are impossible without precision instruments," Andrey Yeremeyev, Technical Director of JSC Metafrax Chemicals, said in his congratulations. – Thanks to the high professionalism of the TSORASU team, our company's production is one of the most highly automated.
Andrey Yeremeyev emphasized that for 70 years the workshop had been headed by a galaxy of talented managers who had made a huge contribution to the development of not only the division, but also the entire plant.At the end of his speech, he presented Dmitry Berdnikov, the head of the workshop, with a memorial address with the warmest wishes to the team.
Congratulating his colleagues, Dmitry Berdnikov noted that 70 years is not just a number, but a long journey full of achievements and victories. He urged his colleagues to cherish traditions and not stop there, conquering new heights.
Aleksandr Eske, Deputy Technical Director for Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul Activities, Boris Gershonok, Head of the Automation and Metrology Department, and Alexander Torsunov, his Deputy, Sergey Shilkov, Head of the Bureau of Automated Process Control Systems, and Alexander Grom, Chairman of the company's Trade Union Organization, congratulated the employees and veterans of the workshop on the anniversary.
– 70 years is the age of wisdom and experience, – said Aleksandr Eske. – I have visited many enterprises, and I can say with confidence that the staff of TSORASU "Metafrax" is one of the strongest and most professional. Let traditions and knowledge be passed down from generation to generation, and let young specialists learn from the invaluable experience of their senior colleagues.
Special attention was paid to the veterans of TSORASU at the celebration. They were presented with flowers as a sign of deep appreciation for their invaluable work.At the initiative of Lyudmila Krasnykh, Chairman of the Council of Veterans of Metafrax, the audience observed a minute of silence in memory of those who stood at the origins of the unit, made an invaluable contribution to its development, and those who could not share the joy of this day.
The highlight of the evening was the awarding of the best employees of the workshop. Andrei Yeremeyev presented awards to the employees awarded the Golden Fund nomination: instrumentation and control fitters Olga Kudrevatykh, Vladimir Sarachev, Alexey Lestov, Andrey Simonov, Dmitry Seleznev, Rashid Uzbekov, Oleg Shatkov, Andrey Kochurov, Sergey Ardashev, Oleg Mehedov, Alexey Kosheev, Galina Smekhova, mechanic Alexander Shirokov, master Vera Ardavicius, to the welder Sergey Shulakov.
Aleksandr Eske noted the employees in the nominations "Stability is a sign of skill" and "Unlimited resource". In the first nomination, senior master Yuri Kobelev became the recipient of the commendation. The second group consists of instrumentation and control fitters Svetlana Ogneva and Ruslan Gayfutdinov, senior foreman Alexander Chernyaev, and head of the Production Preparation Bureau Vladimir Kamynin.
Alexander Grom also addressed congratulations to the culprits of the celebration. He presented letters of thanks from the regional organization of the Russian Chemical Industry Union to the instrumentation and control fitters Alexei Lestov and Vladimir Sarachev.
The guests enjoyed participating in an exciting interactive short quiz on the history of the workshop.The festive evening was decorated with creative performances performed by Ekaterina Arkhilina, Rostislav Tretyakov, Alexey Chetvertkov and the Rechenka folk song ensemble.A real gift for everyone was the performance of Vladimir Kamynin, who delighted his colleagues with his musical number.
