"Metafrax Group" participates in a comprehensive renovation of the appearance of Gubakha.

In the city of Gubakha, Perm Krai, the capital repair of eight apartment buildings has started. The project is being implemented within the framework of an agreement between the administration of the Gubakhinsky Municipal District, JSC Metafrax Chemicals, JSC Gubakhinsky Coke and the Perm Krai Capital Repair Fund.

Works are in process in the area of Victory Square. The project foresees capital repair of buildings at the following addresses: Lenin Ave., 19, 25, 35, 41, Radishchev str., 3, Michurin str., 2, Tsiolkovsky str., 4, Degtyarev str., 9. In addition to the renovation of facades, roofs and foundations, it is planned to install individual heating points with household metering devices in houses. The repair is scheduled to be completed in 2024.

The project for the comprehensive reconstruction of the central planning district of Gubakha with the support of Metafrax Chemicals has been implemented since 2020. The first agreement was signed by the company in January 2020. This document became the first agreement in the Perm Region on the capital repair (overhaul) of houses with the support of the city-forming enterprise. Over the past years, 26 houses on the central streets of Gubakha have been renovated as part of the project. Thus, by developing the urban environment in the locations of enterprises, Metafrax Group contributes to improving the quality of people's lives.

After acceptance of the work, a five-year warranty period is valid for the entire repair. The renovation of houses is carried out in the same style, both in color and composition. As a result, an integral architectural ensemble of the city center is formed.
