New tools and approaches are adopted
On March 22, 2023, a conference of the legal department of "Metafrax Group" was held. The conference was attended by employees of the legal departments of the companies "Management Company of "Metafrax Group", "Metafrax Chemicals", "Metadynea", "Karbolit" and "MetaTransStroy".
The conference was held in a videoconference format, attended by lawyers from Perm, Gubakha, Moscow and Orekhovo-Zuyevo. The quarterly practical conference is held to establish communication and effective interaction of specialists of legal departments, to exchange experience, as well as to discuss the most critical issues of legal support for the activities of Metafrax Group's enterprises.
At the beginning of the conference, Ivan Feoktistov, General Director of the Management Company of Metafrax Group, LLC, made a welcoming speech. The top manager drew attention to the importance of the legal department in the establishing of a management company and outlined the key tasks, that the lawyers are facing at the current stage of the project on the implementation of the target model for the holding management.
During the conference the presentations were made on topical issues of the law enforcement, in particular, on the completion of the construction of the AUM Complex, measures to protect personal data, the system and procedure for the development of the local regulatory documents. The concept of the system of general conditions of construction contracts was also reviewed. In addition, we got acquainted with the information on the implementation of the project on the introduction of an electronic document management System, based on 1C. The reports aroused the keen interest of the conference participants, colleagues exchanged views and adopted new tools and approaches.
At the end of the conference the Head of the Legal Department, Simon Vikhnin, told about the results of the Group's legal department for 2022, about changes in the organizational structure of the legal division and about key development projects in 2023.
- In the difficult conditions of today, the legal function is on the first line of protecting the interests of business, – said Simon Vikhnin, - It is more important than ever for us to ensure the prompt and coordinated work of the entire team of lawyers of Metafrax Group. In this regard, general meetings of employees, working in different locations, are very useful. Although in a remote format, they allow you to communicate and set up interaction, give an impetus to further professional development. We continue our work!
