Metafrax Chemicals became one of the general partners of the IX Perm Engineering and Industrial Forum (PEIF) that brought together almost 5,000 representatives of 150 enterprises from the Perm Territory, Moscow, St. Petersburg, Nizhny Novgorod, Sverdlovsk, Chelyabinsk regions and other regions of the country.

The company presented its booth at the forum, where the participants could get acquainted with the technologies and products not only from the production site in Gubakha, but also from other enterprises of the Ruschem holding. During the forum on November 28-29, specialists from Metafrax Chemicals and Metafrax Trading held more than 50 consultations. Business negotiations with delegations from Oman and Uzbekistan were also held at the venue.

One of the key topics of the PEIF-2024 was the development of industrial cooperation. Within the framework of the forum, there was a roadmap signed for the interaction of JSC Metafrax Chemicals with the industrial complex of the Perm Territory. The document was approved by Maxim Nakhshunov, Executive Director of the company, and Dmitry Makhonin, Governor of the Kama region.

Top managers of the company: Maxim Nakhshunov, Albert Khudaibirdin, Konstantin Anufriev, Ivan Feoktistov, Simon Vikhnin, Andrei Yeremeyev, Alexander Filippov and Maria Konovalova took an active part in the events of the PEIF-2024 business program, including the traditional extended meeting for the Board of Directors of industrial enterprises of the Kama region. This year's leadership meeting was dedicated to the contribution of the industrial sector to education, youth policy and the creation of a comfortable urban environment.

The most extensive block at the forum was related to the training program for industrial enterprises. In this regard, with the support of Metafrax, a trip to the forum was organized for a group of students from the New Educational Center of Gubakha. The students got acquainted with the PEIF exhibition area and visited the multimedia show "Guardians of Science".

The forum also hosted an award ceremony for the winners and prize-winners of the regional competition "Best Mentoring Practices in the Perm Territory". Vasily Tsygankov, General Director of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of the Perm Territory "Sotrudnichestvo" (“Cooperation”), presented a diploma to Konstantin Anufriev, Director for Organizational and HR policy at JSC Metafrax Chemicals, for the third place received by the company in the nomination "Professional Development of Youth".

The final of the regional lean production championship "Lean Technologies 2024" was held at the venue of PEIF-2024. The game was attended by 8 teams from enterprises of the Perm Territory that won the qualifying rounds, including the Metafrax team. Based on the competition results, chemists from Gubakha took the third place.

Maria Konovalova, Director of Strategic Communications at JSC Metafrax Chemicals, took part as a speaker in the session "Merch that Sells: corporate souvenirs as a company promotion tool", where she presented her experience in shaping the company's image in this area.

Summarizing results of the PEIF-2024, Dmitry Makhonin, Governor of the Perm Territory, noted that the forum has become an international event rather than an interregional one. Delegations from 6 countries got acquainted with the industrial potential of the Kama region.
