Transparency and prospects

Metafrax Chemicals became one of the participants of the federal project titled "More than an Employer", which is aimed at the professional development of young specialist.
This was made possible by the successful participation of the Perm region in a competition held by the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs in collaboration with the Assistance Centre for Young Specialists.
As part of the same project, at the end of last year, 20 chemistry students from the 3rd and 4th years of Tyumen Industrial University had already visited Metafrax. During the three-day program, the young specialists were introduced to Gubakha, visited production sites, spoke with employees, visited the corporate museum and met with the company's management.
According to Elena Bolotova, Head of the Human Resources Department at Metafrax Chemicals JSC, the students from Tyumen highly appreciated the organization of production, the latest equipment and modern workplaces. However, the students were most impressed by the friendliness and transparency of the company's employees, who willingly answered all their questions.
This year, similar internships are planned for the summer period — approximately for July-August. The organizers promise an equally informative program for the participants.
A special feature of the "More than an Employer" project is its comprehensive approach: in addition to learning the production processes, young specialists get the opportunity to study the region and its potential as a whole. This allows to create a comprehensive view of opportunities for future employment and professional development.
The federal project is being implemented as part of the broader program titled "More than a Journey" with the support of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, the Agency for Strategic Initiatives and other partners.
