The renovation of the Gubakha downtown is ahead of schedule

With the support of Metafrax Chemicals, a total redevelopment of the downtown area continues in Gubakha, the Perm Territory. Out of eight residential buildings in the area of Victory Square, which renovation is planned for 2024, works have been done in six buildings at the following addresses: Lenin str., 19, 25, 41, Radishchev str., 3, Michurin str., 2, Tsiolkovsky str., 4. Repair of high-rise buildings at Degtyarev str., 9 and Lenin str., 35 continues.

According to the specialists, 85% of the work has been done, the facades are repaired ahead of schedule. All works are scheduled to be completed in 2024. In addition to the renovation of facades, roofs and foundations of buildings are repaired.

A major repair of buildings is carried out simultaneously with area improvement within the framework of the national project "Housing and Urban Environment".

The project of total redevelopment for the downtown area in Gubakha is implemented within the framework of an agreement between the Government of the Perm Territory, the regional Capital Repair Fund, the administration of the Gubakha district, JSC Metafrax Chemicals and JSC Gubakha Coke Plant.

It’s the second document of such type. The first project with the support of Metafrax Chemicals was launched in January 2020 and became the first agreement in the Perm Territory on the major repair of buildings with the support of a town-forming enterprise. Over the past years, 26 buildings on the central streets of Gubakha have already been renovated as part of the project.
