Awards on Quality Day
The World Quality Day was traditionally celebrated at "Metafrax Chemicals" by awarding employees who achieved high results in the area of manufactured product quality.
Recognition letter and gifts were awarded to the following employees for the use of effective methods of quality management, initiative and professional competence: Alexey Nogovitsyn, the process engineer of polyorganic materials and polyatomic alcohols production, Eduard Kuzmin, the shift master of the steam and gas workshop, Sergey Ivanov, the 5th category milling-machine operator of production for maintenance and repair of equipment in process workshops, Tatiana Okhlyanova, the leading engineer of the construction organization department and Ekaterina Pushkareva, the head of the Quality Management Department's quality management system bureau. The awards were presented to colleagues by Aleksandr Vdovin, the technical director of the company, Aleksandr Eske, the chief mechanic, and Natalia Kolbintseva, the head of the quality management department.
- A lot of work is being done at our company in the quality management area, and all employees of the company are involved in this work. The quality of manufactured products directly depends on the quality of raw materials, utilities, the quality of process management and control, the quality of repairs and construction. I would like to thank today's quality leaders for their responsible and conscientious attitude to their professional activities and for their work to improve the quality system, - noted Alexander Vdovin.
The high level of responsibility of the "Metafrax Chemicals" team in the area of quality, as well as the full compliance of the company's quality management system (QMS) with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2015, was once again confirmed by an external compliance audit conducted by Natalia Frolova, an expert of "SGS Vostok Limited" JSC, together with representatives of the company's quality management department. At the final meeting, the expert of the SGS certification authority noted the unconditional leadership of the management in relation to ensuring the effective functioning of the system, the active work on detecting, identifying and assessing risks in accordance with the approved Policy, the constant development of the company, taking into account the changing conditions in the chemical products market, as well as the competence and openness of the company's employees in communication with auditors.
The World Quality Day has been celebrated in many countries of the world for more than 20 years. It is celebrated yearly on the second Thursday of November. The priority goal of the holiday is to increase the importance of the quality of provided services and manufactured products, as well as to draw attention to issues related to the level of quality of goods and services.
