"Metafrax Group" traditionally organizes health improvement holidays for the children of employees. Parents pay 10-20 percent of the cost of the trip voucher, the rest of the costs are borne by the group's enterprises.

Since the beginning of the summer, "Metafrax Chemicals" has allocated 137 children's trip vouchers to health improvement camps in the Perm and Krasnodar regions. The children had a holiday in the Berezniki camp "Fairy Tale" and in "Nechayka" (Lasva village). 12 boys and girls from multi-member families had a holiday in the health improvement camp "Pearl of Russia" in Anapa. At the same time, children have holidays in camps both in summer and in winter. 55 children spent the winter holidays of 2021 in the "Fairy Tale" camp.

The company also provides subsidized trip vouchers for children who are on vacation with their parents. Since the beginning of the year, 150 children have improved their health in sanatoriums of the Perm region, the Kirov Region, Bashkiria, the Krasnodar region and the Crimea using the "Mother and Child" trip vouchers. This year, "Metafrax Chemicals" has allocated more than 10.2 million rubles for organization a summer health improvement campaign for children of employees. Subsidized family categories receive children's trip vouchers for free.

At "Metadynea", children's health improvement is also one of the priorities of social policy. Since the beginning of summer, 30 boys and girls, whose parents work at the Orekhovo-Zuyevo production site and in the Moscow office of the company, had holidays in health improvement camps in the Moscow, Vladimir regions and Krasnodar region, for example, in the camp named after Yu. A. Gagarin of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation and in the "Lesnoy" camp. And the young polyglots, who visited the VKS+English camp with an in-depth study of the English language, have not only replenished their knowledge, but also gained horse riding skills. This summer will also be remembered by the children who had holidays in the famous All-Russian children's center "Orlyonok". This year, the expenses of "Metadynea" for children's health improvement holidays amounted to about 2 million rubles.
