Fulfilled children’s dreams

Grandfather Frosts and Snow Maidens of "Metafrax" congratulated the children in the "Rudnichniy" orphanage. The joint event with the "Dedmorozim" Foundation is a long-standing good tradition of the company.

At the end of December, an initiative group of Grandfather Frosts and Snow Maidens brought a bright New Year's greeting and a bag of gifts to the "Rudnichniy" orphanage, which will make the children's lives more interesting, help them solve everyday problems and diversify their leisure time. The delegation of the enterprise was headed by Larisa Mamayeva, the Head of the HR sector.

The team of kind wizards played the "Freeze" game with the children, danced and sang New Year's songs. Some kids recited poems for Grandfather Frost. The rooms smelled of tangerines and a New Year's mood manifested.

Andrey Sundukov, a fitter for instrumentation devices and automation, Vladislav Medvedev, a shift master of PPW, and Aleksandr Pirogov, a design engineer, became Grandfather Frosts. Ksenia Mitina, a specialist of the HR sector, Tatiana Garmonenko, a design engineer, and Galina Efimenko acted as Snow Maidens.

Andrey Sundukov, one of the Grandfather Frosts, shared his thoughts after the trip:

- You get a very interesting experience from such events. There is an internal reassessment of values. The internal dialogue stops, I look at the children and understand that I need to be more grateful for everything. I like being a Grandfather Frost and bringing joy to children. And what else can inspire and cheer up so much - only children's joy and happiness. They sincerely share positive emotions.

"Metafrax Group" has been associated with the "Dedmorozim" Foundation for a long time, and since 2019 it has been implementing a joint project "Bring back the future", which helps children from the orphanage in the village of Rudnichniy in the Kizelovsky city district to feel better and become more independent. Over the years of joint work, rehabilitation equipment was purchased for boarding house students, meetings with speech therapists and rehabilitation therapists were organized, festive events for children were held. In addition, trips to the "Uralsky Buket" recreation center in the village of Shirokovsky are organized annually for the graduates of the boarding house.

We thank the following people for the provided gifts: employees of the design department, the inventory management department and "1 C Logistics", the automation and metrology department, the personnel management department, the internal control department, the secretariat and office management service, the production preparation workshop, the department for work with foreign specialists, the foreign economic activity department, the equipment and material provision department, the family of Dmitry Plakidin, the manager of the product sales department, the main accounting department, Tatiana Dvinyaninova, the Assistant to the General Director, and Irina Chernykh, the assistant for coordination work, as well as directors and heads of structural divisions of the plant management, who ensured the procurement of expensive gifts.
