The Governor of the Perm Territory awarded Metafrax Chemicals for its contribution to personnel training

The Governor of the Perm Territory awarded Metafrax Chemicals for its contribution to personnel training

Dmitry Makhonin presented a letter of gratitude to Metafrax Chemicals, which became one of the leaders of the all-Russian competition for the best youth employment practices. The award ceremony took place at the regional stage opening of the "Work of Russia. Time of Opportunities 2026" fair at the Perm Expo Convention and Exhibition Center.

The ceremony was attended by Yelena Bolotova, Head of the HR Department at Metafrax Chemicals, as well as future employees of the company, Robert Shaikhelismanov and Vasilina Yatsuk, students of Perm National Research Polytechnic University who study under the contract with the company.

Dmitry Makhonin presented a letter of gratitude to the company's representatives, highly appreciating the work of Metafrax in creating an effective multi-level training system for qualified specialists in the chemical industry. The Governor emphasized that in the Year of Industry, announced in the Perm Territory, the formation of human resources is becoming a key priority for both the government and employers.

About 1,500 projects from all over the country participated in the all-Russian competition for the best youth employment practices, only 120 reached the final. The project "Factory of Chemical Minds" from Metafrax Chemicals took the third place in the nomination "Region of magnetic attraction." The project demonstrates how it’s possible to independently form a candidate pool in a small town: employees of the plant hold events for children and parents, work with school students of the district and students of a specialized college, accompanying them on their way to a profession and workplace.

In addition to honoring, the company representatives also participated in an extensive youth employment fair program: business sessions and thematic platforms, where they discussed relevant issues of staffing the regional economy, mechanisms for interaction between education and business, as well as best employment practices for young professionals with colleagues.
