“Peterburgskaya Politika” Foundation Called the AUM Complex Contract the Main Event in the Region

“Peterburgskaya Politika” foundation presented its November rating of event of the social and political life of the Russian regions.

According to the last autumn month results, the foundation experts evaluated Perm krai as a region with mild stability, keeping regions with positive dynamics – Moscow and the Moscow Oblast, Nenets Autonomous Okrug, Yaroslavl, Arkhangelsk and Rostov oblasts – in the nearest positions.

Along with opening of the new air terminal building of Bolshoye Savino airport in Perm krai, the foundation experts called the signing of contract between Metafrax and Swiss company Casale the main event of the social and political life of the region. The contract with the Swiss licensor includes engineering, equipment delivery and construction management of the large chemical complex Ammonia-Urea-Melamine in Gubakha.

The AUM Complex is the largest investment project of chemical holding Metafrax. The project is included in the Group development strategy until 2030.

The units daily capacity will make 894 ton of Ammonia, 1672 ton of urea and 120 ton of Melamine. The project cost makes more than 950 million Euro. The complex construction is scheduled for realization within 36 months.
