Dialogue of industrialists

Armen Garslyan, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of "Metafrax Chemicals" JSC, took part in the meeting of the Club of Industrialists and Financial experts titled "Stroganovsky". The meeting was held in an off-site format at the "PMU" production site of "OHK "Uralkhim" JSC.

Top managers of the largest companies in the region discussed issues of preservation and expansion of the markets in modern conditions. The managers also focus on maintaining the level of employment of the population within the territories where companies operate, ensuring a decent level of wages for employees and corporate measures for support of their families. Another significant topic is measures of state support for the real sector of the economy, including small and medium–sized businesses, budget financing of the social area and rural territory development.

In addition, the guests were shown a presentation of the results and development plans of the "PMU" branch of "OHK "Uralkhim" JSC.

- In today's difficult situation, I consider it extremely important to have a dialogue between large chemical industry manufacturers and, in general, the city–forming industrial enterprises of the region. Digitalization, industrial cooperation, ESG initiatives – these topics are extremely relevant for all participants of the discussion. Now more than even, we feel like partners and not competitors. Due to our joint work, we can prepare balanced, consolidated proposals that will allow to preserve the achievements and ensure the development of the Kama region industry, - stated Armen Garslyan.
