"Black and white investigation" - now in Gubakha

From September 1, 2022, an interactive exhibition "Black and White investigation" will open at the Gubakha local history museum (Gubakha, 38 Lenin Avenue). This is the fourth exhibition for children within the framework of the educational project titled "Chemistry of Art", which is being jointly implemented by "Metafrax Group" and the Perm State Art Gallery.

In the first half of 2022, the exhibition was presented at the Perm Art Gallery. The plot of the comic book exhibition is drawn directly on the walls of the hall. The exposition is addressed to the youngest audience and it teaches understanding of these works through a story about the technology of creating artworks.

The exhibition is dedicated to printmaking. The audience is presented with authentic works of printmaking of the XVI – XX centuries from the funds of the Perm Gallery - works by European and Russian artists. The exhibition introduces a variety of types, artistic features and technology of printmaking as well as the artist's internal "kitchen". While exploring the exhibition, little viewers can take part in a fun game and feel like detectives. The girl Anya, a drawn character with whom you can conduct a real museum investigation, helps with this.
