The Group’s Plant in Austria was renamed to Metadynea Austria

The Group’s Plant in Austria was renamed to Metadynea Austria

European assets of Metafrax Group - Dynea Holding GmbH, Dynea Austria GmbH and Krems Chemie Service GmbH - were officially renamed.

On the 1st of November the Authority of Krems an der Donau approved registration of new names for the Group's assets: Metadynea Holding GmbH, Metadynea Austria GmbH and Metadynea Service GmbH respectively.

- We are planning to distribute our product on European market under the name of Metadynea Austria, - explained Chairman of the Board Armen Garslyan.
