20th Anniversary of the Company’s Corporatization

Dear veterans, employees of JSC "Metafrax" and its affiliated companies, colleagues and partners!

Traditionally this day is a holiday for our employees - the Company's Day. This time the day is special - 20 years ago, on the 9th of July, 1993, a joint stock company called "Metafrax" was created.

20 years is the average age for new Russian businesses. Just like others, we faced many trials during this time. This is why we can proudly look back and thank our shareholders who not only kept the company intact, but multiplied the economical potential of the region and gave the small mining town of Gubakha a new life.

During these two decades "Metafrax" has changed drastically. Today it is a group of companies in Urals as well as far away from it, with total sales of more than 20 billion roubles, 3,000 people employed and 40 percent of export made to more than 40 countries.

Even in the harsh competitive environment we remain at the top of Russian chemical industry and one of important players on the European market of organic chemicals.

Strategy of our shareholders, high level of professional skills of our employees and strong relations with partners, combined with cooperation in improvement of our town's environment with authorities, make us confident of our future.

This is why "Metafrax" and our town attract modern European technologies, young specialists, ambitious cultural projects and significant infrastructure changes.

We would like to wish everybody great opportunities, well-doing and prosperity. Let our traditions continue and we will be able to scale new heights.
