"Thanks to the Professionalism project and a systematic partnership with our main employer, Metafrax Chemicals, in recent years we have been able to enhance and strengthen our educational and material base. Today, it allows us to train professionals at a high level, hold regional competitions and successfully compete with leading professional institutions", said Alexey Nazarov, Director of UCTC.

Every year, the competence "Repair of technological equipment of chemical industries" is becoming more popular. This year, representatives of 5 educational institutions from Gubakha, Perm, Berezniki and Solikamsk took part in the competition.

The competitive part of the competence included 4 modules. The guys showed their skills in pump repair, alignment, valve repair and drawing. Metafrax specialists have been acting as experts for several years now. This time, the competition was evaluated by employees of the repair production Sergey Zuev, Denis Vidyakin, Nikita Kukshinov and the administrator of Metafrax-Inform LLC Dmitry Pantyukhin. Alexey Zabaev, Head of the Production department for maintenance and repair of equipment in technological workshops (POROTS) of JSC Metafrax Chemicals, has been the main expert of the competence for the third year.

"It is always comfortable to work with Metafrax specialists. It is nice to see our graduates among them, who are successfully working in the company today. Experts approach judging and evaluation strictly, but always fairly," Natalia Belova added. "We thank all our experts for their invaluable help".
