The essential part of corporate social responsibility is to take care of its employees and this policy is governed by the Collective Employment Agreement of the company. Thus, we aspire to provide both the current working employees and the former one with as many social guarantees as possible:
additional paid vacation in case of marriage, childbirth, sending off to the army, death in the family and etc.;
special working conditions for women during pregnancy leave;
targeted aid to the local war veterans;
one-time payments for the employees espousing for the first-time, giving birth to a child, by the anniversary, upon job termination due to retirement, etc.
Our company is interested in staff health maintenance and promotion. To accomplish this the company provides the employees with the quality health care:
there are periodic medical and special examinations of the employees of the Company performed by the specialists of the Perm region oncology center;
the Company concludes the agreements with insurance companies for the supply and payment of medical services and medicines for the company’s employees with occupational diseases;
the Company make up and equips special medical rooms, for example physiotherapeutic room or therapist massage room, at the health post of the company;
the Company immunizes the staff against flu, tick-borne encephalitis and other diseases.
Each and every Company’s employee is collateralized with a supplemental medical insurance policy and assigned to the Perm medical center of beauty and health.
Health improvement of the employees is an integral part of the collaboration and relationship of the company with the staff.
Once per year our employees have the right to get a course of treatment in the Centre for Disease Control and Prevention belonging to PJSC Metafrax and once per two years the employees can get a rehabilitation and remedial treatment in different resorts located in Russian Federation: in Perm region, in Kirov and Tyumen regions, Bashkiria, Udmurtia, Altay, Krasnodar, Stavropol regions and in other regions.
Every year PJSC Metafrax arranges and subsidizes the rest for the children of 7-16 year old in children’s health camps located in Perm and Krasnodar regions. This advantage is provided once per year.
The children camp trip vouchers are partially paid by the parents by deduction from the salary in the amount of not more than 20 % of the total camp trip voucher cost. The children of the employees classifying as multi-child and low-income family go to the summer camps from the company’s resources.
There is a programme for housing hiring and purchase implemented at Metafrax.
In 2000 seven-stored apartment building (28 apartments in total) and two cottages were ready to be used and inhabited.
In 2001 two cottages and eight-apartment building were ready to be used.
In 2004 an apartment building (70 apartments in total) was built up.
In 2010 nine-stored apartment building (72 apartments in total) was ready to be used and inhabited.
In 2015 three-stored apartment building (42 apartments in total) was built up.
In 2016 three-stored apartment building (18 apartments in total) was built up and ready to be used.
The growth strategy being long-term and qualified staff being under demand for the production area, PJSC Metafrax is going to build up six nine-stored apartment buildings in Gubakha in the very near future.
As early as June 2018 the general contractor plans to put two apartment buildings into service and another four apartment buildings will be ready to be used in the following years.
Depending on the job seniority there are special provisions while hiring and buying the apartment as follows:
The cost of an apartment to be purchased is cut by 10 % if the job seniority is from 5 to 10 years and by 15 % if the job seniority is more than 10 years.
The rental cost is reduced by 10 % if the job seniority is from 2 to 5 years and by 15 % if the job seniority is more than 5 years.
The company’s employees can pay by interest-free installments for a period of 15 years.
The company is responsible for the quality catering of the employees. There are three canteens and three refreshment shops located in Metafrax and served by OOO Korpus Group Ural.
To recover the expenditures the company provides its employees with a meal allowance to have a lunch in the company’s canteens in the amount of 60 rubles per one shift.
The employees working in harmful conditions get therapeutical prophylactic nourishment tickets.
