Strategy for Human Resources Management till 2020


Metafrax like any other living bodies is in constant development. The construction of new Ammonia-Urea-Melamine Plant will create 400 additional new jobs at the company. The alternation of generations coming in years ahead will require involving around 300 new employees to join the company. Thus, the corporate team will be added with about 700 new employees by 2020.

The significant number of highly-qualified employees being necessary to be involved and trained, the PJSC Metafrax Strategy for HR Management till 2020 has been elaborated and approved. The Strategy for HR Management till 2020 elaborated by the HR department of PJSC Metafrax includes the following action plan:

  • occupational guidance of the school leavers and their parents living in Gubakha and Perm region;
  • informational cooperation with the core discipline teachers working in schools of Perm region;
  • occupational guidance with the applicants and students of secondary education schools and colleges and higher education schools located in Perm, Yekaterinburg and Kazan;
  • improvement of corporate system for refresh training of the specialists and managers;
  • assessment and development of the available personnel pool;
  • high-skilled staff recruitment.

Systematic implementation of the Strategy action plan will provide the potential company employees with the following as open and trustworthy as possible public data:

  • the company history;
  • development plans;
  • products being produced;
  • Management;
  • Company team;
  • social package;
  • opportunities which the company can provide if a person is employed.

 

In addition to the new employees involvement the PJSC Metafrax Strategy for HR Management till 2020 sets also sights on all-around development of the staff working at the company now. This development includes collaboration with the new coming specialists molding up their professional and administrative skills, corporate training for specialists and managers in regards to important issues and topics connected with their business activities, systematic development  of the company’s candidates pool taking into consideration the company's focus on constant dynamic development.
